Drainvac International and Drainvac USA are the results of years of professional experience and innovation. Conrad Sevigny started it all with his carpet cleaning business. In the beginning, he used to extract the dirty water, and it was being directed to a tank, which had to be emptied each time it became full. They asked if there was a more straightforward way to complete the task. In 1982, Sevigny began work on his prototype carpet-cleaning water extractor, which first saw the light of day. It was constructed using proprietary automatic drain techniques. The installation was simple: place the extractor tank on top of a toilet bowl and connect the hose to an adjacent tap.
